Overview

PAM2305DGFADJ-MS is a high-efficiency, high-frequency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulator IC capable of delivering up to 1.3A output current. The device operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6V and integrates main and synchronous switches with ultra-low on-resistance to minimize conduction losses. It is ideally suited for portable devices powered by a single-cell Li-ion battery. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V. The device also supports 100% duty cycle operation under low dropout conditions, extending battery life in portable systems. Two operating modes are available — PWM mode and PFM mode switching control — achieving high efficiency across a wide load range. The PAM2305DGFADJ-MS is offered in a DFN2x2-6L package and is available in an adjustable output version.
