PCF8563-TD

PCF8563 is a low-power CMOS real-time clock/calendar IC featuring a programmable clock output, an interrupt output, and a power-down detector. All addresses and data are transferred serially via the I²C bus interface at a maximum bus speed of 400kbps. The integrated word address register increments automatically after each read/write operation.
