High-precision, low-inductance pure alloy current sense resistors are fabricated using precision resistance alloy independently developed by Kaibu Electronics, which undergoes precision machining and is then joined using proprietary electron beam welding equipment designed and manufactured in-house. Through the perfect combination of resistance alloy consistency control, precision machining capability, and superior welding quality, the products achieve a target accuracy of up to ±0.5% after stamping without any trimming. The 0.5~5mΩ products in this series achieve a TCR within ±100ppm/℃ over the range of +25℃ to +175℃, while the 0.1mΩ products achieve within ±50ppm/℃, with inductance <3nH. The "Trimming Free" technology eliminates the rated current derating caused by trimming and avoids current-crowding hot spots introduced by trimming notches, significantly enhancing product reliability. At the same time, the improved welding quality substantially reduces the thermoelectric EMF of the products and improves long-term stability. This product series achieves full in-house control over raw materials, core equipment, and core processes, ensuring stable quality and on-time delivery.
