Overview
The PN8015 integrates a PFM controller and an 800V high-avalanche-capability smart power MOSFET, designed for low-power non-isolated switching power supplies with minimal peripheral components, with output voltage adjustable via FB resistors. The PN8015 incorporates a high-voltage startup and self-supply module, enabling fast system startup, ultra-low standby power, and self-powering capability. The device offers comprehensive intelligent protection features, including overload protection, undervoltage protection, and over-temperature protection. Additionally, the PN8015's frequency-reduction modulation technique helps improve EMI performance.
