Overview
The PN8016 integrates a PFM controller and an 800V high-avalanche-capability smart power MOSFET, designed for compact non-isolated switching power supplies with minimal peripheral components. The output voltage is adjustable via FB resistors. The PN8016 features a built-in high-voltage startup and self-supply module, enabling fast system startup, ultra-low standby power, and self-powered operation. The IC provides comprehensive intelligent protection functions, including overload protection, undervoltage protection, and over-temperature protection. In addition, the PN8016's frequency-reduction modulation technique helps improve EMI performance.
