Overview
The PN8034 integrates a PFM controller and a 650V high-avalanche-capability smart power MOSFET, designed for compact low-power non-isolated switching power supplies with minimal peripheral components. The IC features a built-in high-voltage startup module enabling fast system startup and ultra-low standby power, along with comprehensive intelligent protection functions including overload protection, undervoltage protection, and over-temperature protection. In addition, the PN8034's frequency-reduction modulation technique helps improve EMI performance.
