PN8036 integrates a PFM controller and a 650V high-avalanche-capability smart power MOSFET, designed for compact low-power non-isolated switching power supplies with minimal peripheral components. The PN8036 features a built-in 650V high-voltage startup module, enabling fast system startup and ultra-low standby power consumption. The device provides comprehensive intelligent protection functions, including overload protection, undervoltage protection, and over-temperature protection. In addition, the PN8036's frequency-reduction modulation technique helps improve EMI performance.
