The PY32F002B series microcontrollers feature a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core, operating across a wide voltage range. Equipped with 24 KB Flash and 3 KB SRAM, with a maximum operating frequency of 24 MHz. Available in multiple package types. The MCU integrates communication peripherals including I2C, SPI, and USART, along with one 12-bit ADC, two 16-bit timers, and two comparators. The PY32F002B series microcontrollers support an operating temperature range of -40 ~ 85 °C or -40 ~ 105 °C, and an operating voltage range of 1.7 ~ 5.5 V. The device offers sleep/stop low-power operating modes to meet various low-power application requirements.
