Overview
QN1117 is a series of low dropout regulators with a 1.3V dropout voltage at 1A load current. Quiescent current is extremely low at only 2mA. In addition to fixed output voltage versions (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5V), an adjustable version is available that requires only two external resistors to provide output voltages from 1.25V to 12V. The series features thermal shutdown to ensure stability of the IC and power supply system. Trimming technology guarantees output voltage accuracy within 2%, with higher accuracy options (e.g., 1%) available upon request. Available in SOT-223, TO-252, and SOT89 packages.
