Overview
The QN71XX-1 series is a group of three-terminal low-power high-voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. The input voltage can reach up to 28V, with multiple fixed output voltage options ranging from 2.1V to 5.0V. CMOS technology ensures low dropout voltage and low quiescent current. Although primarily designed as fixed-voltage regulators, these devices can also be used with external components to achieve adjustable voltage and current.
