Overview
The QN73XX series is a high ripple rejection ratio, low power consumption, low dropout CMOS step-down voltage regulator with overcurrent and short-circuit protection. Fabricated using CMOS process technology, the device features low power consumption and high accuracy. With a maximum allowable voltage of 18V, it delivers 250mA output current with excellent regulation even under minimal input-to-output voltage differential conditions.
