Overview

The REF35 is a family of micropower, low-drift, high-precision series voltage reference devices. The REF35 series offers an initial accuracy of ±0.05% with a typical supply current of 650nA. The device's temperature coefficient (12ppm/°C) and long-term stability (40ppm over 1000 hours) contribute to improved system stability and reliability. The combination of low power consumption and high accuracy specifications makes it suitable for a wide range of portable and low-current applications. The REF35 can source up to 10mA with noise of 3.3ppmₚ₋ₚ and a load regulation of 20ppm/mA. With these characteristics, the REF35 provides a robust low-noise, high-precision supply for precision sensors and 12- to 16-bit data converters. The device family operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and remains functional from -55°C to 125°C. The wide temperature range makes it suitable for industrial applications. The REF35 is available in multiple output voltage options from 1.024V to 5.0V. The device is offered in space-saving 6-pin SOT-23 and 4-pin WCSP package options.
