RS1GT126XF5

This single buffer is designed for Vcc operation from 2V to 5.5V. The RS1GT126 is a single line driver with 3-state outputs. The output is disabled when the output enable input is low. The device is fully compatible with partial power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the output, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down. To ensure a high-impedance state during power-up or power-down, OE should be connected to GND through a pull-down resistor, with the minimum resistance value determined by the current sourcing capability of the driver. The RS1GT126 is offered in green SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages, with an operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
