Overview

The RS3002 series is a group of low-power, high-voltage linear regulators implemented in CMOS technology. Operating over a voltage range of 2.5V to 36V, it delivers 150mA output current. The device supports input voltages up to 36V. The series offers multiple fixed output voltage options. CMOS technology ensures low dropout voltage and ultra-low quiescent current. The RS3002 is available in Green SOT23-3, SOT23, SOT89-3, TO-92, SOT23-5, and SOT-223 packages. The operating ambient temperature range is -40℃ to 85℃.
