Overview
RS3217F is a low-noise, low-dropout linear regulator capable of delivering up to 500mA of output current. Designed to meet the power supply requirements of RF and analog circuits, it features low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and excellent line and load transient response. The RS3217F remains stable with 1.0μF ceramic input and output capacitors, and incorporates innovative design techniques to achieve low noise performance without a noise bypass capacitor. The device offers fixed output voltages from 1.2V to 4.2V and is available in compact SOT23-5 and XDFN1X1-4 packages, making it ideal for portable applications where board space is limited.
