Overview
The RS573 is an 8-bit D-type transparent latch with three-state outputs. The device features a latch enable (LE) and an output enable (OE) input. When LE is HIGH, data at the inputs enters the latches. In this state, the latches are transparent and the outputs change with each corresponding D input change. When LE is LOW, the latches store the information present at the inputs before the setup time of the HIGH-to-LOW transition of LE.
