Overview
RT2528A is a low-cost, low-voltage P-MOSFET power switch IC with adjustable current limiting. The device features low on-resistance (74mΩ typical) and low quiescent current (120μA typical). The current limit threshold is adjustable from 0.5A to 2.5A (typical) via an external resistor, with ±10% current limit accuracy across all settings. This device is an ideal solution for power applications requiring versatile current limiting, housed in a thermally enhanced SOP-8 (exposed pad) package.
