Overview
The RT9013 series are CMOS low-dropout voltage regulators featuring high ripple rejection ratio, low power consumption, and overcurrent/short-circuit protection. These devices offer very low quiescent current (40µA typ.) and can deliver 400mA output current with minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation. Due to the low dropout voltage and low quiescent current, these devices are ideally suited for battery-powered applications requiring extended battery life, such as computers, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment.
