Overview
The chip features a +5.1V reference voltage with ±1% accuracy. Since the reference voltage falls within the input common-mode range of the error amplifier, no external resistors are required. The SG3525/SG2525 supports master-slave operation and can also synchronize with an external clock. Dead time is adjustable via a resistor between CT and the discharge pin. Additional on-chip functional circuits include: soft-start, shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. The output stage of the SG3525/SG2525 controller features a high-power totem-pole output with source and sink currents exceeding 150mA. The output logic is NOR logic, with a low level in the "off" state.
