Overview
The reference voltage accuracy is ±1%, and since the reference voltage falls within the input common-mode range of the error amplifier, no external resistors are required. It can operate in master/slave mode or synchronize with an external clock. Dead time can be adjusted via a resistor between CT and the discharge pin. Additional internal functions include: soft-start circuit, shutdown circuit, and undervoltage circuit. The output stage of the control IC features a high-power totem-pole output with source and sink currents exceeding 200mA, providing NOR logic output — low level in the "off" state.
