SG3525A

The SG3525A improves performance and reduces external component count across all types of switching power supplies. The on-chip +5.1V reference features ±1% accuracy; since the reference voltage falls within the input common-mode voltage range of the error amplifier, no external resistors are required. The SG3525A supports master-slave operation and can also synchronize with an external clock. Dead time is adjustable via a resistor between Cr and the discharge pin. Additional on-chip functional circuits include: soft-start, shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. The SG3525A output stage features a high-power totem-pole configuration with source and sink currents exceeding 200mA; the output logic is NOR, with a low level in the shutdown state.
