Overview
SGM2045 is an ultra-low noise, low VIN, high PSRR, low dropout linear regulator. It delivers 300mA output current with a typical dropout voltage of only 80mV. The input voltage range is 1.1V to 5.5V, and the output voltage range is 0.6V to 4.2V. Additional features include logic-controlled shutdown mode, short-circuit current limiting, and thermal shutdown protection. The SGM2045 features an automatic discharge function to rapidly discharge VOUT when disabled. This device is suited for applications requiring low-noise, fast transient response power supplies, such as camera module power supplies in smartphones. The SGM2045 is available in Green XTDFN-1×1-4L and WLCSP-0.64×0.64-4B-A packages, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
