SGM2531AXPS8G/TR

The SGM2531 and SGM2531A are single-channel load switches with controllable slew rate. By placing an external capacitor on the SS pin, the rise time of V_OUT can be programmed to minimize inrush current. These devices integrate an N-MOSFET and operate over an input voltage range of 4V to 22V. With precise 5% current limiting, these devices deliver excellent accuracy and are well-suited for a wide range of system protection applications. The programmable UVLO or overvoltage protection feature shuts down the device when V_IN falls below or rises above the threshold, and the 3% threshold accuracy ensures that downstream circuitry is not damaged by unexpected supply conditions. Fault conditions are indicated by the nFLT pin. The SGM2531 and SGM2531A are available in Green SOIC-8 (Exposed Pad) and TDFN-2×3-8BL packages.
