Overview
The SGM2566C and SGM2566D are single-channel load switches with integrated ultra-low on-resistance N-channel MOSFETs. These devices operate over a wide input voltage range of 0.6V to 5.7V. They support a maximum continuous load current of 5A and are controlled via the switch enable input (ON) pin. The rise time of VOUT can be programmed by placing an external capacitor on the SS pin. The SGM2566C and SGM2566D feature thermal shutdown. When the junction temperature exceeds +165℃, the internal N-channel MOSFET is turned off by the thermal shutdown circuit and remains off until the die temperature falls below +140℃. These devices also provide fast output discharge when the switch is disabled. The SGM2566C and SGM2566D are available in a Green TDFN-2×2-8AL package.
