The SGM4517 is a dual single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. It operates from a single supply of 2.7V to 24V or dual supplies of ±2.7V to ±12V. The SGM4517 features low on-resistance, high voltage capability, and fast switching time. These high-performance characteristics make it well suited for a wide variety of applications. Additionally, since the SGM4517 has two normally-open and two normally-closed switches respectively, it can be used as a dual 2-to-1 multiplexer. Low crosstalk is also an important factor that makes it an ideal choice for battery-powered systems. The SGM4517 is available in Green SOIC-14 and WLCSP-1.27×2.13-15B packages. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
