Overview
SGM811B and SGM812B are integrated microprocessor supervisory devices that assert reset during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. The reset output remains functional with VCC as low as 1V. During power-up, an internal timer holds reset asserted for 200ms, keeping the microprocessor in reset until conditions stabilize. The SGM811B features an active-low nRESET output, while the SGM812B features an active-high RESET output. These devices offer three reset threshold voltage options for 3V and 3.3V voltage monitoring. A manual reset (nMR) input is also provided to minimize damage when the device loses control or becomes locked up. The SGM811B and SGM812B are available in a green SOT-143 package and operate over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
