SGM895/SGM896/SGM897/SGM898/SGM899 are ultra-small, low-power, high-precision microprocessor supervisory circuits with adjustable sequencing capability. Because the high-impedance detection input pin (IN) with a 0.5V threshold voltage is isolated from the power supply, these devices offer great flexibility in adjustable threshold settings through the use of external resistor dividers. In addition, the delay time can be adjusted via an external capacitor connected to the CDELAY pin. These devices are suitable for power sequencing, reset sequencing, and power switching applications. When the input voltage at IN (V_IN) exceeds the V_TH threshold voltage (typical 0.5V) and the ENABLE input is high (or nENABLE is low), OUT is high (or nOUT is low). When V_IN falls below V_TL (typical 0.495V) or the ENABLE input is low (or nENABLE is high), OUT is low (or nOUT is high). All devices feature a capacitor-adjustable input delay time (t_DELAY) between V_IN exceeding V_TH and output assertion. SGM89_A features a capacitor-adjustable enable output delay time, while SGM89_P has a fixed delay time of 350ns (typical). All devices are available in ultra-small green UTDFN-1.45×1-6AL and TSOT-23-6 packages.
