Overview
The SK6013C series is a family of positive-voltage-output, low-power, low-dropout linear regulators. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.9V to 3.6V in 0.1V steps, with custom options available upon request. The series integrates a high-precision voltage reference, error amplifier, current-limiting circuit, and an output driver with discharge capability. The SK6013C features excellent load and line transient response along with good temperature characteristics, ensuring stability of both the IC and the power supply system. Trimming technology is employed to maintain output voltage accuracy within ±2%. The series is offered in lead-free SOT23-5L and DFN1x1-4 packages.
