Overview
The SK6052 series is a CMOS LDO linear regulator featuring ultra-low dropout voltage, fast transient response, high output current, and high PSRR. Across the entire input voltage range, the SK6052 maintains a typical quiescent current of 75μA, making it well-suited for consumer and networking applications that demand high output current with low quiescent power consumption. The series offers a wide output voltage range of 0.8V to 3.6V (fixed voltage versions) or 0.6V to 5.0V (adjustable version). The SK6052 series incorporates over-temperature protection and over-current protection to ensure stable operation under abnormal conditions. The device is available in DFN2x2-6L, SOT23-5L, and SOT89-5L packages. Standard products are lead-free and halogen-free.
