Overview
The SK6117C series are low-dropout linear regulators optimized for low-voltage applications with demanding transient response and minimum input voltage requirements. The devices provide current limiting and thermal shutdown protection. The internal circuitry incorporates a trimmed bandgap reference, ensuring output voltage accuracy within ±2%. The thermal shutdown function prevents excessive junction temperature caused by the combined effect of high current and elevated ambient temperature. The devices are available in the SOT223 package.
