Overview

The 6051 series are high-precision, low-noise, positive-voltage LDO regulators fabricated using CMOS technology. This series achieves high ripple rejection and low dropout voltage, incorporating a reference voltage source, error correction, current limiter, phase compensation circuit, and a driver transistor. Through external output feedback, customers can easily obtain the desired output voltage. To prevent load current from exceeding the output transistor's current capacity, built-in overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and short-circuit protection are included. The internal operational amplifier adopts an advanced architecture that allows the output capacitor to be omitted.
