Overview
The SPX1117M is a low dropout linear voltage regulator with an output current capability of 1.0A. This series includes both fixed and adjustable output voltage versions, with an output voltage accuracy of ±1.5%. To ensure stability of the IC and power supply system, the SPX1117M incorporates thermal protection and current limiting protection. Trimming techniques are employed to maintain output voltage accuracy within ±1.5%. The SPX1117M is available in SOT223, TO252-2, TO220-3, TO263-3, and SOT89-3 packages.
