Overview
The SSP7615 is a high-precision, low-noise, high-speed CMOS LDO linear regulator featuring low power consumption and low dropout characteristics, capable of delivering high output current even with minimal input-to-output voltage differential. The foldback mechanism in its current limiting circuit provides short-circuit protection and output pin current limiting. The device is available in standard SOT23-3, SOT23-5, and DFN1×1-4 package options. Standard products comply with lead-free and halogen-free requirements.
