STSPIN233

The STSPIN233 is a protected triple half-bridge motor driver. The device features a low-power mode, activated by forcing the STBY\RESET input below the V_STBYL threshold. When the device is in standby, the power stage is disabled (outputs in high impedance) and power to the integrated control circuitry is cut off. When the device exits standby, all control circuits are reset under power-on conditions. The outputs of the three half-bridges are driven directly via logic inputs. Built-in circuitry protects each power output against overload and short-circuit conditions (short-to-GND, short-to-VS, and output-to-output short). When an overcurrent or short-circuit protection event is triggered, the power stage is disabled and the EN\FAULT input is pulled low through an integrated open-drain MOSFET, discharging the external C_EN capacitor.
