Overview
SUL6018 is an ultra-compact, ultra-low quiescent current LDO regulator capable of delivering 350mA output current with excellent transient performance. The device features a 1.3μA ultra-low quiescent current, designed specifically for applications where quiescent current is a critical parameter. Even in dropout mode, the device maintains low quiescent current consumption, further extending battery life. The 1.3μA low quiescent current and 0.05μA shutdown current make it ideal for battery-powered applications requiring long service life. Additional features include current limiting, over-temperature protection, and output discharge. The SUL6018 is available in SOT23-5 and DFN-1x1-4L packages. Standard products are lead-free and halogen-free.
