Overview

This is a 3A low-loss power distribution switch with ultra-low on-resistance, featuring built-in current limiting to protect the power supply against overcurrent and short-circuit conditions. The device provides overvoltage protection, with its output pin capable of withstanding 28V. It integrates overtemperature protection and reverse blocking. Supporting USB PD3.0 Fast Role Swap, the output voltage can recover to the USB valid voltage range within 110μs during a USB PD Fast Role Swap event.
