TCK106AF, TCK107AF, and TCK108AF are load switch ICs for general-purpose power management, featuring slew rate controlled drivers. They offer low on-resistance and a wide input voltage range (1.1 to 5.5 V). At VIN = 5.0 V and IOUT = -0.5 A, the on-resistance is typically 63 mΩ, with an output current capability of up to 1.0 A. The TCK107AF and TCK108AF include an output auto-discharge function. These devices are available in an SMV package (2.8 mm x 2.9 mm typical).
