Overview
TL432 is a low-voltage three-terminal adjustable voltage regulator with guaranteed thermal stability over the operating temperature range. Using two external resistors, the output voltage can be set to any value between the reference voltage (approximately 1.25V) and 30V. The device features a typical dynamic output impedance of 0.2Ω. Its active output circuit provides a very sharp turn-on characteristic, making it an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in many applications. The TL432 is available in a SOT23 package.
