Overview
UMW TL432xIDBZR is an adjustable three-terminal shunt regulator with excellent thermal stability over its operating temperature range. With external resistors, the output voltage can be set to any value between Vref (approximately 2.5V) and 36V. It offers a very sharp turn-on characteristic, making it a suitable replacement for Zener diodes in many applications.
