Overview
The TLV755xxPDBVR series are high-accuracy, low-noise CMOS LDO voltage regulators. This series offers low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout voltage, and extremely fast startup time, making it ideal for today's cutting-edge mobile phones. It integrates a voltage reference, error amplifier, pass transistor, and phase compensator internally. The output voltage is set via current trimming and can be selected from 1.2V to 5.0V in 100mV steps. When the CE input pin is low, a built-in pull-down resistor pulls the output voltage low. These devices are also fully compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, helping to reduce cost and improve output stability. With excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a wide frequency range, high output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations. The CE function allows the regulator output to be disabled, significantly reducing power consumption.
