Overview

The TMG0X65 is a highly integrated, high-performance current-mode offline switching power supply controller combining PWM and MOSFET in a single package. Suitable for chargers, power adapters, and various low-power switching power supplies. Housed in a DIP8 package, it delivers 0~36W output without a heatsink. Features a simple circuit topology and low cost. Comprehensive protection functions include OVP, UVP, OTP, overload, and short-circuit protection. Built-in fixed-frequency oscillator with frequency dithering reduces EMI. Enters pulse-skipping mode during standby for ultra-low standby power, compliant with Energy Star and other standby power consumption standards.
