The TMUX1136 is a CMOS single-pole double-throw (2:1) switch with two independently controlled channels. The wide supply voltage operating range of 1.08V to 5.5V supports a broad range of applications from medical devices to industrial systems. The device supports bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from GND to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins. All logic inputs feature 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds, which ensure TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. A fault-protection logic circuit allows voltage to be applied to the control pins prior to the supply pins, protecting the device from potential damage. The TMUX1136 is part of a family of precision switches and multiplexer devices. These devices feature very low on- and off-state leakage currents and low charge injection, making them suitable for high-precision measurement applications. The low supply current of 3nA and compact package options make them ideal for portable application standards.
