Overview

This is a dual single-pole double-throw low on-resistance analog switch. The device operates from a single supply of 1.5V to 5.5V. It offers low on-state resistance and excellent on-state resistance matching, with a break-before-make feature to prevent signal distortion when switching from one channel to another. The device achieves true isolation. Even when COMx exceeds VCC, only minimal current flows back into the supply.
