TP4337

TP4337 is a single-chip power management SOC integrating linear charge management, synchronous boost conversion, battery level indication, and multiple protection functions, providing a complete single-chip power solution for lithium battery-powered devices such as power banks. TP4337 integrates a linear charge management module, a synchronous boost discharge management module, a battery level detection and LED indication module, and multiple protection modules. The TP4337 has built-in charge and discharge power MOSFETs with a fixed charging current of 1A. The maximum synchronous boost output current is 1A, and the light-load shutdown current for the discharge load is 50mA. TP4337 features ultra-low standby power consumption. When the chip is shut down and the load is open-circuit, the standby current can be as low as 14uA. TP4337 integrates multiple safety protection features including temperature compensation, over-temperature protection, overcharge and over-discharge protection, output overvoltage protection, output overcurrent protection, output short-circuit protection, and NTC battery temperature protection, ensuring the safety of both the chip and the lithium-ion battery. The TP4337 application circuit is simple, requiring minimal external components to implement a complete lithium battery charge/discharge solution, significantly reducing system cost and board space.
