TP4582B

TP4582B is a single-chip power management SOC integrating linear charge management, synchronous boost conversion, battery level indication, and multiple protection functions, providing a complete single-chip power solution for lithium battery charging and discharging. The TP4582B integrates a linear charge management module, synchronous boost discharge management module, battery level detection and LED indication module, protection module, key module, and automatic power on/off module. The TP4582B has built-in charging and discharging power MOSFETs, with a charging current of 250mA and a maximum synchronous boost output current of 500mA. The TP4582B adopts a patented adaptive charging current technology, along with a patented control method that eliminates the need for external power-setting resistors, reducing both power consumption and system cost. The TP4582B integrates multiple safety protection functions including temperature compensation, over-temperature protection, overcharge and over-discharge protection, output overvoltage protection, output overcurrent protection, and output short-circuit protection, ensuring the safety of both the chip and the lithium-ion battery. The TP4582B features a simple application circuit that requires minimal external components to implement a complete lithium battery charging and discharging solution, greatly reducing system cost and size.
