Overview
TPAX811/812 are cost-effective system supervisory circuits designed to monitor the supply voltage Vcc in digital systems and assert a reset signal to the host processor when necessary. A manual reset input is provided as an alternative to the reset supervisor, suitable for push-button reset applications. No external components are required. Within 120μs of Vcc falling below the reset threshold voltage, the reset output is asserted. After Vcc rises above the reset threshold, RESET remains asserted for a minimum of 140ms. The TPAX812 RESET output is active-high, while the TPAX811 RESET output is active-low. When Vcc drops below 1.1V, the TPAX811/812 can still maintain a valid output. Both devices are available in a 4-pin SOT-143 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. The TPAX811/812 are optimized to suppress fast transient glitches appearing on the VoD supply rail.
