Overview
This is a dual single-pole double-throw low on-resistance analog switch capable of operating from a single supply voltage of 1.5V to 5.5V. The device features low on-resistance and excellent on-resistance matching, with break-before-make functionality to prevent signal distortion during channel switching. The device achieves true isolation — even when the COMx pin voltage exceeds VCC, only a negligible amount of current flows back to the supply.
