Overview

This device is a dual SPDT low on-resistance analog switch capable of operating from a single supply voltage of 1.5V to 5.5V. It features low on-resistance and excellent on-resistance matching, and employs a break-before-make mechanism to prevent signal distortion during channel switching. The device achieves true isolation — even when the COMx pin voltage exceeds VCC, only minimal current flows back to the supply.
