TPG3USB6743SCP

TPG3USB6743SCP is a bidirectional, low-power, dual-port high-speed USB 2.0 analog switch with integrated protection for USB Type-C systems. The device is configured as a dual 2:1 or 1:2 switch, optimized for USB 2.0 DP/DM lines in USB Type-C systems. The TPG3USB6743SCP integrates overvoltage protection on the D+/- pins, capable of withstanding up to 30V DC, and features an auto-shutdown circuit to protect system components downstream of the switch. GPIO control for S1, S2, and _OE is compatible with 1.8V logic. The TPG3USB6743SCP is housed in a 12-ball WLCSP measuring 1.2×1.6×0.6mm, lead-free and halogen-free, making it ideal for mobile and space-constrained applications.
