Overview

TPGT521YU is a 2-channel transfer switch. It operates from a 2.3V to 5.5V single supply, with an on-resistance of 0.85Ω for both SBU1 and SBU2 at 3.3V supply and ambient temperature TA = 25°C. The device is fabricated using submicron CMOS technology to achieve fast switching speed and is designed for break-before-make operation. TPGT521YU guarantees low on-resistance matching between switches, high on-resistance flatness across the signal range, high off-state isolation, and low crosstalk, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. TPGT521YU consists of two normally-open switches and two normally-closed switches. TPGT521YU is available in an RoHS-compliant QFN 1.8×1.4-10 package.
